Thank you for the re-addiction. I've had a post-it on my desk forever with a long-abandoned passcode on it, and just now remembered it was for this game. Stage 25, baby!

I suspect you're right that the numbers are correct. But I'm perhaps more charitable - maybe there's some kind of percentage mistake that someone who's lousy at math but good at putting together pretty pictures made?

I'm resisting the urge to geek out on the calculator trying to figure out what the mistake could have been...

@Steve: those little boxes are Ikea Grundtal magnetic spice holders (if memory serves).

I like the way you've integrated the small 9-drawer storage unit. And i presume those are KRK Rokit 6 speakers? (I have 'em in my home studio...) Do you use this for music production or just regular 'ol computing? (came here via ikeahacker).

I don't like being charged almost $20 for a magazine just because it comes from England, where it would sell for something like 6 or 7 pounds. Or taking a trip to England and having to pay over $10 for a cheap meal at McDonalds.

With that out of the way, I think it is insane that they don't just price Photoshop at what it's worth based on the exchange rate. (And looking at the list in the site linked in the previous post, I find it strange that CS3 Web Premium costs 200 euros more in France than in the Netherlands.)

Of course, the real culprit is the exchange rate. The US Dollar has fallen drastically compared to the European currencies in the past couple years. Where a pound used to cost just over $1.50, it now costs $2.00.

I always thought that all of the world's "stable" currencies should be hedged, or fixed against one another. I'm not an economist, and I don't know all the ramifications of hedging the world's currencies, but I believe it would do more good than bad.
